This exciting role offers the chance to achieve advances in nurses working conditions in the new Fair Work laws environment. You will be responsible for:
developing and implementing industrial campaigns, working very closely with Organisers.
high level negotiations and advocacy with employers in the health sector
Demonstrable experience in the federal IR jurisdiction in a trade union industrial role is required, as is commitment to both the industrial and organising goals of bargaining campaigns.
State industrial system experience is useful but not essential.
