| Overview: |
Provide IT support to the CFMEU federal office and branches of the Construction & General Division.
|

| Job Description: |
Provide high quality technical support & problem resolution to the Federal office and branch networks - Microsoft windows server environment.
Assist in the development and management of the in-house designed Union Information System database.
Provide end user training in hardware operations and software applications.
|
| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
Microsoft Certified IT Profession MCITP: Server administration Microsoft Exchange Enterprise Ed (2003) Desktop installation & troubleshooting Proven ability to provide first-level contact & problem resolution for all users hardware, software & application support issues.
|
|
| Desired: |
Ability to deliver training courses (TAA) Blackberry Enterprise Server Exposure to LAN & WAN troubleshooting Experience in a union environment Commitment to trade unionism.
|
|
