This role provides a full range of timely confidential administrative and executive support services to the Branch / National Secretary of the United Firefighters Union.

| Job Description: |
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Diary management
Managing emails and appointments
Managing travel & accommodation arrangements Screening all phone calls Organising phone conferences Coordinating events, meetings & conferences Minute taking in meetings Typing up reports/ presentations Back up for receptionist Other general administration support.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
Experience in providing executive support and assistance
Highly developed time management skills
Advanced skills in computer applications including Word, Excel, Filemaker(database),Powerpoint and Outlook.
Experience in providing a wide range of administrative and related clerical services.
Sound judgement and discretion with confidential information.

| Desired: |
Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and keen to work in a team environment.
|

| Salary: |
To be negotiated depending on qualifications and experience.

The United Firefighters Union office is a very busy, sometimes unpredictable office.
We have a great team environment where we all try to pull together to get the job done.
Full time role
Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm
Some evening or weekend work may be required.
