| Job Description: |
The Victorian Branch is seeking three self-motivated and enthusiastic staff members to work in varied workplace environments.
Two Growth Organisers will be based in metropolitan Melbourne.
One Regional Organiser must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Shepparton area.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting members with grievances and inquiries;
- Negotiating with employers to improve wages and conditions and preparing enterprise agreements;
- Representing members and the Union in tribunals, courts and Fair Work Australia; and
- Working with OHS delegates to ensure workplaces are safe.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
Computer literacy, a current drivers' licence and a commitment to union values and principles are essential.
Tertiary qualifications in employment law, human resources or industrial relations are an advantage, as is a strong employment background in industrial relations, unions or recruitment.

| Salary: |
A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated.
