LHMU members want their voices heard, their stories told and their aspirations respected. LHMU is looking for a passionate campaigner who will work with members to get their agenda moved in every parliament. Working with the ALP, with candidates, Member Political Organisers and with politicians the Political Campaign Coordinators job will be to:
• Coordinate LHMU's ALP activity nationally
• Co-ordinate election campaigns
• Develop our polling activity
• Manage our Marginal Seat Campaign Co-ordinator program
• Co-ordinate nationally our Member Political Organiser program
The successful applicant must be committed to trade union values, have experience campaigning, lobbying or working in or with government.
