Job Description:

The CFMEU FFPD is currently seeking the services of a superannuation co-ordinator to work primarily with workers and members in the Forest and Forest Products industry sector.

The position gives the successful candidate an opportunity to work autonomously and in small groups, to participate in, or lead strategically planned campaigns across a wide and diverse workforce.

X Promote the Fund to participating and potential employers, employees, self employed, employer organisations; X Initiate contact with participating employers on a regular basis to ensure their superannuation needs are being met; X Answer queries about the Fund from self employed, employer and employee members and from sponsoring organisations; X Attend meetings with sponsoring organisations and their members; X Assist with the distribution of promotional and educational materials to fund/union and potential members.

Experience & Qualifications
Essential:

X A high level of knowledge and skills in the superannuation area, either with a current RG146 qualification, or a willingness to undertake and successfully complete the necessary training; X A current drivers licence; X A flexible approach to work and travel; X The ability to work autonomously and as part of a national team to pre-determined campaign plans X Empathy with and commitment to union principles.
