The Finance Sector Union invites applications for interested persons to fill the position of Information and Advice Officer within our Member Rights Centre.
|

| Job Description: |
The Information and Advice Officers will report to the Head of Contact Centres and will be responsible for the provision of a wide range of services to FSU members. These services include the provision of accurate industrial information and workplace advice, answering the Union's 1300 number, responding to emails and faxes received at the Union's generic fax and email addresses, the sale of member services products, updating membership data and directing calls.
The successful applicants normal hours of work will be rostered during the centre's hours of operation, 8am-6pm (Melbourne time) Monday to Friday.

| Salary: |
A salary from $50,720 is offered with increase up to $59,274 with experience and qualifications. The FSU also offers other excellent working conditions including employer superannuation contributions of 15%.
