An exciting opportunity exists within the CPSU/CSA Learning & Development Unit to be involved in developing and delivering courses for our Members and stakeholders. |
|
| Overview: |
The CPSU/CSA is an progressive organisation committed to promoting a modern and responsive State Public Sector that delivers quality services & employment for our Members.
You will deliver and develop programs such as our Delegate Leadership Program or Negotiation & Conflict Resolution Skills for our Members throughout the State. A key part of your role will be to work with others to ensure that the training needs of our stakeholders are not only identified but solutions offered and implemented.
You will need to have excellent communication and presentation skills and work well within a small team. Previous experience in Learning & Development would be beneficial.
This is a 2 year Fixed Term contract and flexible employment options are available.
