Each year, the ACTU offers a limited number of traineeships to graduates and activists, so this is your chance to get involved in the union movement. The traineeship encompasses on-the-job training with a union, and formal training via a ten (10) month Certificate IV course delivered by the ACTU.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate their commitment to union values and their ability to organise others to stand up for their rights, and describe how they have organised events, activities or others in pursuit of social justice goals.
