We seek a General Services Team Leader to provide administrative, mail, printing and stock control functions.
The role will also coordinate the setting up of meeting rooms and functions as required and supervise a small multi-disciplinary team.
Oversee and assist with the booking and preparation of meeting rooms and catering areas.
Receiving stock and distributing to appropriate areas.
Taking inventories of stock and re-ordering (stationary, food and beverages.
Collection, processing and dispatching of mail and goods,
Reconciliation of invoices.
Oversee and assist with the timely internal distribution of mail, documents and files.
Maintaining storeroom areas and assist in tidying kitchen areas.
Coordinate the Associations print room functions and machines.
Oversee and assist in the troubleshooting with the photocopiers (including high volume multipurpose devices.
