| Overview: |
This role is responsible for the implementation of our key campaigns, management of UnionsWA events, community education and liaison with affiliates and key stakeholders.
|

| Job Description: |
Unions WA is the states peak union body. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who can build relationships with a wide range of people both within and externally to the union movement.
You must be able to work with minimal supervision, demonstrate high levels of initiative and have had some experience working for a union or community organisation.
|
| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
- Knowledge and experience implementing campaign plans within a union, political or community organisation.
- Organisational and project management skills.
Written and communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic IT applications.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and partnerships with diverse groups of people and organisations.
- Commitment to the principles of unionism.
- Knowledge of industrial relations issues and the Australian union movement.

Experience in the organising approach to unionism.
Experience in using Adobe applications.
