NUW is looking for a committed social justice advocate to become an Organiser based in Perth, Western Australia.

Do you believe in social justice, equality, respect and empowering people?

Are you ready for a job with a difference?

• Help create a better working life.
• Organise workers in the Union and conduct campaigns to represent their interests at their workplaces.
• Negotiate with employers on behalf of members.
• Handle and resolve grievances members have at their workplace.

We are looking for others who:

• Want to fight to protect and advance the jobs, wages and conditions of workers.
• Have the commitment and passion to recruit new members to the NUW and fight for their issues.
• Have excellent communication and listening skills.
• Have a current drivers licence.

To be negotiated.

This is a full-time position.
