| Job Description: |
If the answer is yes then the FSU, the Union for Australia's bank, insurance, credit union, superannuation and finance industries, is seeking to appoint a temporary full-time Industrial Officer to its National Office team in Sydney to backfill a parental leave absence.
The National Industrial Officer will assist in the development and implementation of industrial strategies and campaigns, negotiate national agreements, visit work places and build activism.

| Essential: |
To be considered for this role you will need a commitment to the principles of organised labour and unionism together with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Applicants will also require a high level of knowledge and experience in strategic campaigning, industrial issues and negotiations.

| Salary: |
A salary from $66,136 to $79,628 is offered subject to experience and qualifications. The FSU offers other excellent working conditions including employer superannuation contributions of 15%.
