APESMA is a leading non profit organisation that operates for the benefits of its members. The APESMA Group includes wholly-owned service businesses, Chifley Business School, Chifley Search & Selection and Member Advantage.

The Association has created a new key managerial role for an experienced professional to drive and manage marketing strategy and communication change across the Group. Working with passionate and highly professional people, this will be a busy, diverse and challenging role incorporating all components of communications, marketing and media and in both a strategic and hands-on capacity.

Job Description:

Reporting through the Chief Operating Officer to a management board of APESMA and business CEO's, you will:

  • be responsible for developing APESMA Group communications, both internal and external, across all business divisions.
  • lead best practice communications across the Group.
  • develop and execute a strategic communications and marketing plan, involving innovative web technologies and other delivery solutions.
  • lead and manage a small team of communications and publications staff and web specialists.

Experience & Qualifications
Essential:

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership experience and appropriate qualifications in communications, marketing and web based platforms, as well as a record of achievement and sound knowledge in managing and providing strategic and tactical communication outcomes in a complex environment.

$100k package, negotiable
