This position will cover a range of duties, which include:
Website - the CFMEU C&G National Division has created an innovative, quality standard website in 2009 which promotes the unique feature of members comments on their jobs and industry issues. The Publicity Officer is primarily responsible for ensuring the website remains a high quality, dynamic website that is well used by our members.
Publications production of a range of newsletters, flyers, posters and stickers for CFMEU Construction & General.
Media Releases/Liaison - responsible for writing in-house press releases on demand (occasionally) and for liaison with EMC on production of accurate and effective releases for various CFMEU media campaigns.
