| Overview: |
The New South Wales/ACT Operation of the Finance Sector Union invites applications for a temporary (12 month) position as an Advocate.
|
|
| Job Description: |
Working as part of the Advocacy Unit, you will be responsible for providing members with high quality advice and support in disputes, including representing members to management and negotiating solutions to problems.
|
| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
There are no formal pre-requisite qualifications for this role, however previous experience or a background in law, advocacy or as a union delegate would be an advantage.
|
|
| Desired: |
This position would suit someone with excellent communication and presentation skills, a demonstrated dedication to the principles of trade unionism, and the ability to work in a flexible way.
|
|
| Salary: |
The salary for this position will be based on the FSU's 3 Tier Organiser Structure and demonstrated competencies.
