As a Senior Industrial Officer you will be expected to identify and analyse emerging industrial trends that may affect our Members; and ensure our Members employment conditions are recognised and secured in industrial instruments. The Industrial Services team provides technical advice and representation to our Members before various industrial forums and tribunals; in the negotiation of industrial agreements; as well as technical advice and supportctposu | csa organising campaign teams. The successful applicant will have relevant industrial experience and skills to effectively manage, develop and support the operations of a team of nine employees consisting of Industrial Officers, a Workers Compensation Officer, a Research Officer and an Administrative Assistant.
