Interested in a career in the Union movement? Want to gain experience across a broad range of Union & community campaigns?

Were looking for committed people to join our Call Centre.

The ACTU Call Centre undertakes a broad range of campaigns for affiliated Unions and other Organisers. These involve talking to Members across the country about a wide range of subjects.

We are currently seeking people to join us in this exciting and challenging role.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

1 Demonstrated commitment to Union principles & social justice.

2 Customer service experience

3 Excellent communication skills

4 Ability to work in a team environment

Due to the nature of the work these are casual positions. The Call Centre is open Monday to Friday and shifts are usually 5 hours in duration.

The recruitment process consists of a short telephone interview, followed by a small group interview.
