The CFMEU Construction & General Disvision has a temporary vacancy for a full time Administration Officer to provide administrative and secretarial support for an initial period of twelve months with the possibility of permanent appointment.
The position involves working in a busy blue collar trade union office and it is essential that applicants share a commitment to the values and principles of the Union movement.

| Job Description: |
Reporting to the Office Manager, duties include:
Processing and filing of industrial matters. Secretarial support to senior officials. Membership support. General administrative duties.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
Secretarial skills with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to the union environment
|

| Desired: |
Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications. Proactive and self motivated with ability to work with minimum supervision
|

| Salary: |
