The Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers, Australia represents employee professionals in industrial relations matters. We have a national staff of 110 with offices in each capital city and a national membership of 25,000. The Association invites applications for the position of Senior/Lead Organiser in our Sydney Office.

| Job Description: |
This position will work with a small team of organisers to implement our organising plans, and grow our membership base. Your role will be to support our organisers activities, as well as undertaking hands on activities directed to membership growth and delegate development.
|
| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
You will be an experienced Union organiser or lead organiser, or have suitable experience in growing the membership base of community or other like organisations.
|
|
| Desired: |
Applicants should have highly developed communication, problem solving, and organising skills and a commitment to Trade Union principles.
|
|
| Salary: |
