| Job Description: |
We seek two highly experienced Industrial Officers to join the Member Industrial Services Team to provide expert support, advice and representation to members and NSWNA union officers in the following areas:
Application/enforcement of industrial instruments industrial advocacy in tribunals industrial research, advice and negotiation general industrial research and advice to contribute to the achievement of the Associations strategic goals.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
A thorough working knowledge of contemporary industrial relations legislation and practices and specific knowledge and experience in the negotiation of collective agreements is essential.
You should be able to demonstrate your experience and knowledge in the negotiation and tribunal advocacy of individual member and award/agreement compliance matters.
The successful applicants should have the ability to understand industrial tribunal protocols and have developed negotiation, advocacy and representation skills.
Eligibility to obtain a federal right of entry permit and a current drivers licence are essential.

| Desired: |
A degree in industrial relations, arts, law or other broad social sciences discipline or an extensive number of years work experience working as a specialist in the IR field is desirable.
