| Overview: |
The Finance Sector Union is the Union for Australia's bank, insurance, credit union, superannuation and finance industries and we are seeking to employ a part-time Administration Officer for our team in Adelaide.

| Job Description: |
The Administration Officer will work closely with the Field Organisers to liaise with and recruit members to the Local Enterprise Councils (LEC) and co-ordinate its operation. This will include organising training of LEC members, attending meetings, preparing minutes and communicating action items to all parties. You will also be involved in the co-ordination and planning of the Biennial FSU SA/NT Reps Conference and country organising trips.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
The successful applicant will require excellent communication skills to effectively represent the Union in discussions with members. You will have the ability to manage and prioritise tasks and will be able to work both independently and as a member of a team. The Administration Officer will also be able to competently use the Microsoft Office suite of programs and have the ability to learn and use other software programs that have a work related application.

| Salary: |
An annual salary starting at $46,064 is offered (pro-rata for part-time hours) depending on experience and qualifications. The FSU also offers other excellent working conditions including employer superannuation contributions of 15%.
