| Job Description: |
Responsibilities Include
- Receipting of monies
- Banking reconciliations of member payments and supporting month end financial processes
- Assist in the collection of outstanding fees
- Maintaining and updating the membership database
- Dealing with member account enquiries
- Making outbound telephone enquiries
|
| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Minimum one year administration experience
- An aptitude for figures and strong reconciliation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to time manage and multitask
- Flexibility and adaptability while working in a high pressure environment
- Confident communicator
- A willingness to learn new systems and procedures
- Able to work independently as well as contribute in a small team environment
- Neat presentation
- Use initiative
- Accurate, fast data entry
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Commitment to unions and social justice

| Salary: |
Entry Level Salary of $36,700 - $38,000 per annum plus super and monthly RDO.
