Job Description:

Responsibilities Include

  • Receipting of monies
  • Banking reconciliations of member payments and supporting month end financial processes
  • Assist in the collection of outstanding fees
  • Maintaining and updating the membership database
  • Dealing with member account enquiries
  • Making outbound telephone enquiries

Experience & Qualifications
Essential:

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Minimum one year administration experience
  • An aptitude for figures and strong reconciliation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to time manage and multitask
  • Flexibility and adaptability while working in a high pressure environment
  • Confident communicator
  • A willingness to learn new systems and procedures
  • Able to work independently as well as contribute in a small team environment
  • Neat presentation
  • Use initiative
  • Accurate, fast data entry
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Commitment to unions and social justice

Salary:

Entry Level Salary of $36,700 - $38,000 per annum plus super and monthly RDO.
