| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
Skills and experience required include:
- Advocacy in tribunals and courts.
- Representation of individuals and groups.
- Interpretation and giving of advice about legislation and industrial instruments.
- Drafting of complex industrial instruments.
- High level written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of an organizing approach.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines under pressure.
- Commitment to trade union and labour movement principles.
This position is suitable for an officer with significant experience and wages and conditions will be discussed with suitable candidates.

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 dependant on experience and skills.
