Two Industrial Organisers positions are available in our Organising teams. One Position is based in our Hobart Office and the other in our Launceston Office.
HACSU is Tasmania's largest Union covering members employed in all areas of the health and community services industries including aged care, public health, private hospitals, disability services, community services,mental health.

| Job Description: |
The successful applicants will work with Union Delegates and Worksite Committees to recruit, organise and provide support for HACSU members at worksites and to deal with a range of industrial and worksite issues from individual employment matters through to the conduct of industrial, political and community campaigns.
|
| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
The applicant will need to demonstrate that, with experience, training and supervision, they have the capability to develop the skills and competencies required of Industrial Organise.
A demonstrated commitment to the vision, values and objectives of the union and social justice principles.
|
|
| Salary: |
