| Job Description: |
Reporting to the leadership of the union youll be required to deeply understand our mission and translate that into appropriate and responsive technical support, whilst leading a small IT team. You will be able to reconcile the demands of many passionate individuals into a coherent IT development roadmap, setting and upholding realistic expectations in non-technical language.
This is an exciting and multi-faceted role.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
You will have the following industry qualifications or similar tertiary qualification Project management (PRINCE2/PMBOK). Business analysis (BABOK) IT operations management (ITIL) You will have experience with Managing IT operations and development projects Microsoft, VMWare and Citrix infrastructure Microsoft development platforms (VB, C#, .Net, MSSQL, MS Access. Product evaluation, negotiation and purchasing Managing contractors.

A background in the following would be advantageous Software architecture and development Database programming.
