We are currently seeking applicants for our Union Organiser January 2011 intake.

| Job Description: |
Organisers work in teams under the supervision of a Lead Organiser on industry-wide campaigns to:
- join workers to the union
- build activism and leadership amongst union members
- conduct campaign actions.
|
| Experience & Qualifications |
| Desired: |
- Passion for the union movement.
- Experience in one of the following: union, community, social justice, student or other activist campaigns, volunteer work or a relevant social sciences, industrial relations or related degree.
- Drivers licence now or soon.
|
|
| Salary: |
Starting salary of $43,977.83 per annum plus motor vehicle allowance of $12,428.00 per annum.
Applicants with relevant experience are encouraged to apply, and relevant experience will be acknowledged in the salary.
