| Overview: |
Applications are sought for the position of Membership Officer in our Membership Division located in Pitt Street Sydney.
You will be working in a team environment and responsible for the processing of work across a range of functions including new member applications and the maintenance of membership data records in our membership system as well as customer service.
You will report to the Membership Supervisor and the Manager Administration & Personnel Services under the direction of the General Secretary pursuant to our rules.

Applicants will need:
extensive database experience
experience in data entry
experience in banking or related disciplines ability to solve problems a good telephone manner
familiarity with Microsoft computer applications
knowledge of trade unions and their objectives

| Salary: |
Salary is in accordance with our salary system commencing at $788.69 per week. We work a thirty-five hour week and enjoy a nine-day fortnight.
