| Job Description: |
United Voice is the union of aged care workers in WA, SA, SE Qld, NT and the ACT. The United Voice National Industry Coordinator for Aged Care is responsible for the union's Fair Share for Aged Care campaign. The role involves responsibility for the development of an industry vision and strategies for implementation in conjunction with United Voice Branches.
The position leads a National Office multidisciplinary industry team that may include research, communications, political, administrative and industrial staff.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior union, industry and political figures is important. Project management skills are also important.

| Salary: |
A salary commensurate with skills and experience will be negotiated.
