Duties:
1.Responding to level 1 and 2 helpdesk enquiries received from the National Office IT network, and to server problems as required
2. IT tasks such as software/hardware audits
3. Setting up new computers for Branches and National Office as required and installing new software as necessary
4.Setting up new users as required - including set up of email, rights to files and folders and membership
5.Providing computer support for National office staff, training staff with computer equipment (scanner, printer, cd-writer) and software such as MS Office, Outlook, Internet, Operating System, Scanner/Cd writer software and some other miscellaneous software.
Reporting
6. Monitor backups for all branches and report on a daily basis
7. Provide Internet monitoring reports at the end of each month
8. Produce hardware and software asset reports for branches each six months
