A vacancy exists in the National Office based in Melbourne for a Legal Officer to work as a member of the National Industrial & Legal Team.

| Job Description: |
The responsibilities of the position include the provision of representation and advocacy and advice for our members on a wide range of employment law and industrial matters; in-house legal advice; and the provision of general contract advice to members who are self- employed.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
The successful applicant needs to have a current practising certificate.
The position would be suitable for an experienced person with demonstrated potential and capacity for advancement. Professional development opportunities will be made available.

| Salary: |
Up to $100,000 depending on experience
|
