IUF - Asia-Pacific office

One year contract with possibility of extension for another year.

Reporting to the Regional Secretary and in his absence to the Office Manager.

1. organize meetings/events - mainly the IUF-A/P Regional Conference, Oct 17-20, 2011. This includes but not limited to :

a. assist in preparing/editing reports ;

b. logistical arrangements

c. event management

2. Assist with Correspondence, articles for web, etc

3. maintain the IUF-A/P website ;

4. maintain a calendar of activities for Regional Secretary (and assist in preparatory work if any) ;

5. undertake simple web research

Pay between 45K - 50K depending on qualifications and work experience.
