| Job Description: |
An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in the role of Membership Team Lead.
This full time, permanent position is responsible for the operational requirements of the membership team. The major focus of this role is the leadership of the membership team and the management of the Unions membership data and systems, ensuring a professional support and reporting service is being provided to our organising teams.
Applications are invited from mature persons who have proven team management experience, an understanding and competency working with membership data and systems and the ability to work in a high pressure environment. This role is responsible for the provision of campaign and organising support to our organizing teams, the processes and functions that ensure the Union conforms to all applicable legislation and the management of internal and external audits relating to this area.
We seek a person with excellent communication, customer service, time management and organisational skills who is able to be an effective member of the United Voice WAs leadership team and participate in the Unions political and social justice agenda.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
Essential to this role:
- experience in a Team Lead or Leadership role, in customer Service environment, will be highly regarded but not essential;
- ability to manage the provision of campaign and organising support via mediums such as membership information to organisers or bulk communication to members;
- strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- previous experience and knowledge of reporting functions;
- previous experience in managing, maintaining and developing databases;
- strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage Complaint Resolution;
- the ability to build positive working relationships;
- strong communication, time management and organisational skills;
- a demonstrated commitment to union values and social justice;
- participation in the unions political and social justice agenda.

Knowledge and experience of Unison database;
Current drivers licence.
