| Job Description: |
The position will involve undertaking in-depth research and analysis that will contribute towards formulating strategies in innovative organising campaigns.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
Position expectations:
* Perform in depth corporate research on selected companies and industries
* Analyse key industry policies, issues, companies and stakeholders including regulatory and financial data
* Develop and prepare research-based briefings, reports and advice, to assist in developing campaign strategies
* Monitor and maintain outlook and trends on industrial, environmental, and social changes within a targeted industry
Essential criteria:
* Strong analytical skills, and ability to source a wide range of data
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to prepare research and reports
* Excellent computer skills
* Ability to work in a team atmosphere

Desirable attributes:
* Experience in corporate research and campaigning within a union environment
* Relevant tertiary qualification
* Understanding of strategic planning within a team environment.
