| Overview: |
Applications are sought for the position of Organiser Child Care within the Sydney Metropolitan Area. The position is located at the Unions Sydney (head) Office.

| Job Description: |
Applicants will need to be self-starters, motivated, able to analyse and resolve industrial conflict, have superior negotiation skills and an ability to communicate both orally and in written form.
You should have a strong commitment to the principles of Trade Unionism and an understanding of Industry Awards / Agreements.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
The incumbent will be required to have the ability to attend to the needs of the membership in all industry sectors covered by the Union, i.e. Local Government, Clerical and Administrative, Airlines and Energy and Utilities.

| Salary: |
Grade 3 Level 1 $1226.07 per week plus super to Grade 3 Level 5 being $ 1400.49 per week plus super
|

Information: |
USU employees enjoy a nine-day fortnight; however, due to the nature of the position a flexible approach to working hours is an essential requirement. The USU offers attractive conditions of employment.
A vehicle is provided as a tool of trade; therefore applicants must possess a current drivers licence and is available for private use in accordance with USU policy.
