The successful candidate must:
Be able to produce high quality and compelling written material that is engaging to a given audience with minimal supervision or direction.
Have experience in working constructively across an organisation, including with senior staff, to source and produce interesting and relevant communications material.
Be able to develop, consult with other senior staff and implement integrated communications and marketing plans across multiple communications channels.
Be able to work across the Communications, Media and Marketing team in conjunction with the Communications, Media and Marketing Manager to ensure optimal productivity, quality, innovation and resource efficiency.
Be able to identify evolving news stories and provide strategic advice on how APESMA is able to capitalise on media opportunities as they arise.
Be able to build and motivate online communities.
Be able to drive innovation in a modern communications team.
