United Voice - Victoria

United Voice Victoria is a diverse and progressive union improving the lives of workers in hospitality, childcare, cleaning, security, healthcare and manufacturing.

Lead Organisers are responsible to work with and manage a team of Union organisers to deliver great results for Union members by:

• Script and debrief organising conversations

• Run activist and delegate committee meetings

• Liaise with employers as directed

• Track, analyse and report on the team's organising work

• Support the objectives of the union as a whole

• Perform the same organising tasks as team members as required

• Demonstrated success at growing union membership

• Passion for the union movement

• Ability to work long hours

• Drivers licence

• Experience in union, community, social justice, student or other activist campaigns

• Previous organising experience preferred

• Community languages a plus

Salary between $61,000-$65,000 per annum + superannuation + motor vehicle allowance of $12,428.00 per annum.
