Applications are sought for the position of Membership Officer in our Membership Division located in Pitt Street Sydney.
You will be working in a team environment and responsible for the processing of work across a range of functions including new member applications and the maintenance of membership data records in our membership system as well as customer service.

| Essential: |
Applicants will need:
- extensive database experience
- accurate data entry
- experience in banking
- ability to solve problems
- have the ability to communicate with members, by phone and by written correspondence
- extensive experience with Microsoft computer applications
- knowledge of trade unions and their objectives
|

| Salary: |
Salary is in accordance with our salary system commencing at $788.69 per week. We work a thirty-five hour week and enjoy a nine-day fortnight.
