APESMA - NSW Branch

This role is focused on increasing our student membership at universities and supporting our Young Professionals Network.

The position also assists our Organisers and Industrial Officers.

1. Liaise with university academic and administrative staff and student clubs to organise APESMA presentations to lectures.

2. Deliver presentations to student lectures.

3. Attend university careers fairs.

4. Organise seminars and other events for our Young Professional members.

5. Undertake workplace mapping projects.

6. Provide administrative support for Industrial Officers and Organisers.

7. Participate in the systematic contact of potential members.

Strong presenation skills.

Commitment to trade union principles.

A relevant tertiary qualification (or soon to be completed).

Computer literacy and keyboard skills.

Driver's licence.

Commencing salary to $50K (plus Super).

This position will provide exposure to a wide range of APESMA's activities and will be an excellent pathway into other roles in the union.
