Experience in leading a team including:
managing and coordinating the allocation of daily workflows;
mentoring staff to positively influence team culture, motivate staff, build work performance standards and promote a positive, professional work environment;
identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing delivery of quality performance and positive member service outcomes;
Relevant Industrial Relations Qualifications or experience;
Knowledge of current Industrial Relations environment;
A strong commitment to the union movement;
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and actively perform operational duties;
Strong time management, organizational and prioritizing skills;
Superior written and verbal communication skills;
High level of commitment and ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
