| Job Description: |
If the answer is yes then the FSU, the Union for Australia's bank, insurance, credit union, superannuation and finance industries, is seeking to appoint a full-time Industrial Officer to its National Office team in Sydney.
The National Industrial Officer will assist in the development and implementation of industrial strategies and campaigns, negotiate national agreements, visit work places and build activism.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
To be considered for this role you will need a commitment to the principles of organised labour and unionism together with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Applicants will also require a high level of knowledge and experience in strategic campaigning, industrial issues and negotiations.

| Salary: |
A salary range is offered subject to experience and qualifications. The FSU offers other excellent working conditions including employer superannuation contributions of 15%.
