| Job Description: |
The team presently comprises 2 Senior Industrial Officers and 4 Industrial Officers. The primary focus of Industrial Officers is handling members' disputes.
|
| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
The successful applicant will be expected to:
- represent members in grievances;
- have some experience in dispute resolution
- have experience in appearing before tribunals or a willingness to develop these skills
- have high level written and verbal communication skills
- have a working understanding of relevant legislation.
|

| Desired: |
Current Driver's licence
|
