| Job Description: |
The Industrial Organiser will be responsible for the implementation of an organizing plan, with a focus on workplace visits, development of workplace representatives and recruitment of new members.
The successful applicant will be able to think strategically, develop plans and possess excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. A flair for innovative ideas and a willingness to be flexible is desired.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
Knowledge of industrial relations issues and experience within the trade union movement will be highly regarded. A commitment to the principles of trade unionism is essential.
