Overview:

The NSWNA is seeking applications for the permanent position of Helpdesk / IT Support. You will work as part of our IT team, in providing technical support and advice for users of the Association network and office systems.

You will also assist with the administration of network hardware, software and infrastructure.

Job Description:

You will assist with troubleshooting problems with the network, laptops, desktops, iPhones, printers, firmware and software. You will also assist in the upgrading and replacement of existing software and hardware; whilst, assisting with the administration and installation of equipment. You will provide and support general office technology, along with assisting our teams in the provision of IT facilities to meeting rooms, conferences etc.

The position sits within a four person team who provide IT support during Association events such as the Annual Conference, Committee of Delegates etc. The position reports directly to the IT Coordinator, with dotted reporting lines to the Manager, Projects and Compliance.

Experience & Qualifications
Essential:

You will have a broad knowledge and vast experience in multiple IT platforms including, but not limited to:

Operating Systems (Server and Clients) Software Applications IT Hardware Networks and Infrastructure Web and Internet development and maintenance

The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate sound problem solving skills, advanced project management skills and superior time management skills. The successful applicant will also need to possess excellent communication skills.
