The Collieries' Staff Division of the Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers, Australia is a trade union representing staff employed in the coal mining industry. The Association invites applications for the position of Organiser based in our Sydney Office, to represent our growing coal membership.

| Job Description: |
You will drive our membership growth activities, including supporting our delegate networks. The position also involves negotiation with employers, and the provision of assistance and advice to individual members.
|
| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
Applicants should have good communication skills, experience in industrial relations, a commitment to Trade Union principles, and enthusiasm for further increasing our membership and supporting our delegate networks
|
|
| Salary: |
An attractive remuneration package including a motor vehicle will be negotiated with the preferred applicant
|

Information: |
Travel will be required throughout the Coalfields.
