The Collieries' Staff Division of the Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers, Australia is a trade union representing staff employed in the coal mining industry. The Association invites applications for the position of Organiser based in our Sydney Office, to represent our growing coal membership.

| Job Description: |
You will drive our membership growth activities, including supporting our delegate networks. The position also involves negotiation with employers, and the provision of assistance and advice to individual members. Travel will be required throughout the Coalfields.
|
| Experience & Qualifications |
| Desired: |
Applicants should have good communication skills, experience in industrial relations, a commitment to Trade Union principles, and enthusiasm for further increasing our membership and supporting our delegate networks.
|

| Salary: |
An attractive remuneration package including a motor vehicle will be negotiated with the preferred applicant.
