Media, Entertainment & Arts Alliance

The Alliance is looking for lead organisers. The positions are full-time although part time work may be available.

A Lead Organiser will provide leadership and co-ordination, focusing on turning the strategic campaign plan into an operational plan. They will manage and develop organisers in advancing tasks identified by the operational plan and report on work and individual progress.

The Lead Organiser will participate in a team environment using communication and information systems appropriately to contribute to the strategic growth of the Union and its members.

The Alliance is particularly looking for candidates with deep experience in organising contingent or freelance workers in the media and entertainment industries and developing and implementing servicing and advocacy campaigns for these workers.
