National Union of Workers

The National Union of Workers is looking for a Membership Service Officer (MSO) to work in our centre located in Docklands, Victoria.

The Membership Service Centre is designed to provide quick and accurate information and advice over the telephone on a range of industrial issues to members of the Union.

MSOs will be expected to respond to and manage member queries and grievances as well as liaise with other officials of the Union in co-ordinating industrial campaigns and assisting them with their duties.

The successful applicant will be expected to work in a team in a dynamic and often hectic environment.

A passion and commitment to social justice and the objectives of the trade union movement is a must.
